dancingleafyeah - gotta run.
just sent out a HUGE email to the guys in charge of advertising at the arena/pool clip.
loaded with photos.
because - I won't be home this morning and I want to get that started.
I slept badly because both my ankles hurt and I should have gotten up and taken something for it. And I still have wet noodle arms AND I was mentally going over the combos we danced in the workshop yesterday.
But I did my morning yoga - although it sucked. (tried a DVD I borrowed from the library - didn't like it - Denise Austin Power Yoga. - no explanations moving directly into postures without verbalizing and a very aerobic feel to it.- some good postures but didn't care for it. so I'm glad I didn't PAY for it.)
I have to finished getting dressed and run off to clean this morning....
