monday news....

dancingleafso the restaurant did not call me for a repeat gig on Saturday night - but that's okay. as much as I wanted to dance there regularly... I'm not really - I don't know - enthused about it. They seem inconsiderate and poorly organized.
J & I went out for dinner instead - to a different restaurant - dinner was really good - but I got really ill afterwards although J didn't. and we had shared dishes - so not likely the food. Maybe I just don't eat out often enough. My body doesn't know how to cope.
what else is new? J bought himself a blackberry Playbook tablet on Friday. So we played with that. Downloaded a couple books from the library, watched some Youtube with it. It's kind of cool, but I think I still prefer the paper version, I find this a little slow and unresponsive at times. Maybe if he'd bought a more expensive brand or in a few years technology will have improved enough that the gap in response time will be less. But you'll still never want to take it into the bathtub with you. :) and yes - I like to read in the bath.
So - I have to get tonight's choreography mapped out a bit more. I have a rough version but no where near close to what I need in order to teach tonight.
Don't know who all is turning up tonight for the new session. I had calls but until the money is in hand - I never really know.
