but is it Red?
I'm not having a great week.
Monday - I learned the minor problem I am having with my Aztek - is going to cost me between $800-$900. The key is sticking in the ignition. Preventing me from turning the car off AND removing the key. But the problem is 100% random.
AND I learned that I've been giving out the wrong address for my P.O. Box. for months apparently.
AND the non paying gig that I have booked for June 23rd... they want to time change from 6:30 pm to 2pm - IN THE BLAZING HOT MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON IN A PARKING LOT NO LESS.
So I freaked out, had a few glasses of wine, and went to bed.
Tuesday ALL my parcels miraculously turned up and everything was wonderful.
Wednesday- that would be TODAY - if you are keeping track - I went to our not so very local Purolater to pick up the package I missed last week.
AND - half my order is missing - I ordered TWO sets of Dark Red Fringe. because I need a RED costume. And only half showed up. AND it isn't red. It's burnt orange. or something - it is most definitely not red. Contacted the vendor but since he is on EGYPT time... I probably won't hear back until breakfast tomorrow.
And now I'm bummed. Best case scenario - he ships me the missing fringe and I have a LOT of fringe for an ORANGE costume I don't need. Worst case - he ships me the missing fringe and I have two different colours of fringe. REALLY HORRENDOUS CASE - He refuses to ship me the missing fringe.
Edit to Add:
He contacted me right away and is shipping me additional "red" fringe. Who knows what colour red it will be - but at least I will have the necessary strands. Maybe burnt orange & red can be combined to make a good red. or I can mix it up with multiple shades of red.

I feel you on the car troubles, I do. Can't live without them, don't want to pay to live with them.
I think just about everyone's been having a crappy week - I know that doesn't make it any better, but at least misery loves company? Huge amounts of drama here that I'm not really sure about posting about. We'll see. :/
