what inspires you?

who do you inspire?

This is something that my yoga teacher asks the class at large every week. I dread this question.

Last night I drew a stone out of the 'blessings bag' - this is a new trick from my yoga instructor for use during meditation. Each of us drew a stone out of the bag. Others selected wonder, discovery, service, pleasure, I can't recall the others. But my stone was inspire

Oddly enough just before yoga class I had led my own crowded bellydance class and I think everyone had a great time and learned something. So maybe inspire was my word for the day...

Awe....I'm glad to hear that your classes are going well.. I havent checked back in to Live Journal in like 8 or 9 months. Last time I "talked" to you, you were still so uncertain about how things would go... Congratulations! It sounds like you're doing a great job!

I stopped worrying about whether I had the qualifications to make them GREAT dancers when I just realized they were looking for an exercise class with something different. I can always recommend other instructors if I find a student that wants to take it seriously.

In the meantime, I'm teaching and drilling the basics and they are having fun.
