the over and down kind I think... tough but not totally impossible. because - I learned the under and up kind as 'scoops' so I think even though some people call them both Maya's or call one of them reverse Maya ... I think... I still would have associated it in my head as a 'scoop'
Interestingly - my new Neena and Veena DVD says that the motion in a Maya comes from the HEEL... so... oh well.
