I hate fridays.

you know what I hate most about Friday. besides the fact that Thursday is my late teaching night...

It's J's early day at work. Which means his alarm clock starts going off at 5:30 or so. Then I have to get him out the door (and if there's a day that he really needs breakfast, this is it!)

And then I'm so tired the rest of the day.

I was hoping to have an email from my sis saying that I could pick up my disc from her around 10 am or so... but since there is no email... I think I'm going to go back to bed.

I have also caught parts of two episodes of ShimmyTV. It's not bad but the commercials are a b*tch. The best I can say is that it is a decent supplement to in person instruction. I kind of like the scenery. Filming portions of the instructional sequence in an underground parking garage while it was nighttime and just pouring rain... was pretty darn cool. It was kind of like watching the inside of a waterfall. I'm pretty sure they got their feet and pretty Melodias wet though.

bed. sleep. Or I'm going to be useless today.

I've seen a few episodes of Shimmy, too! It's on FitTV over here. :) Yeah, not bad. Seems geared toward beginners, but I guess a TV show would have to be. I have TiVo so I just forward through the commercials.
