bored & tired.

I'm okay, a little more tired than usual - but not able to sleep through the night without pharmaceutical aid. Or rather - I'm still taking the pills because - I'm not sleeping during the day so I want to be sure to sleep through the night. I lay down periodically through the day - but I can't seem to fall asleep.

I picked up some jigsaw puzzles so am busy with those.

Had an awesome lunch with a friend who took me out on Saturday and then Sunday we got dumped with a bucket load of snow. I've stopped going along for the walk with the dogs because I'm afraid to slip. (I slipped on the back deck just a little the other day- and it really hurt - but no lasting damage.)

I finally see my Doctor on Thursday for my post op check up. I know why he made me wait until 4 weeks. Most of my complaints have finally resolved themselves. J is taking the day off to take me to my appointment and since it is so close to Xmas - he's decided that Wed might as well be his last work day before the holidays.

Oh, man, I can imagine how boring it must be. I was only in the hospital for a DAY and I was getting bored to death after awhile.
