So... my hair has felt really dry and brittle the last few weeks.  Ever since I coloured it actually. 

There's still a hint of purple to it here and there although only I would notice it. 

hmmmmm. not impressed.  I wonder if it is the change in weather, or the temporary colouring.

Probably the color. My hair's felt like straw ever since I had some highlights added. Of course, they say you're supposed to condition your hair really well every week once you've had any chemicals added.
