I am planning a fabric shopping trip.

I have harem pants (for my troupe) to make AND poi ribbons as well as another trumpet skirt if I can figure out what colour I want.  

Yes I'm planning to make new poi. I have a lovely set that I bought at an Aziza workshop a few years back but... they are too long for my arms.  Plus I'll need to make the veil/ribbons so that they will be voi!  I may only be able to do the one (not both but... ) but I have time to practice.  I should watch that Sonya video again. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JcpjBrcsIAQ

My house is a mess - I have bellydance paperwork everywhere  - how the heck does bellydance involve so much d@mn PAPER!

but... I'd rather go shopping.

I should email my mentor - now that she's back from the IBDCC.  I wonder if she's got time for lunch this week?

I definitely need to go shopping! And I have a ton of sewing to do still. It's just so busy right now. Poi sounds fun, esp. veil poi. I'd like to try that someday. :)

Frazzled is more like it. I have to make a 10yd skirt for Sat - I have blue and for this performance it needs to be black. One of the other dancers looked at me weird on Sun when I said, "Oh, I'll just whip up one." LOL
