that Mason

is a smart and LAZY dog.

J was going to walk the dogs by himself this morning.

Mason jumps off the couch and shows up at the door - all set & ready to go.

Mason looked around and realized that I wasn't going - (I was still in my robe) which means that J was going to take them on the dirt road out behind our place.  This isn't one of Mason's favourite walks.  It's pretty boring for him, not many smells, not much to pee on -

So.  Mason - who had been standing next to the door with his leash on, turns around, runs up the stairs and jumps in our bed, still wearing his leash.

hmmmph.  Guess he didn't want to go after all.

we had a good laugh over it.

No Sherlock for YOU

Decided to go to the movies tonight.  It is cheap night after all - & the holidays...

Couldn't even get into the parking lot.  Silvercity on Walker for you locals, for non locals this is a big box store area.  People were parked 3 parking lots down it was so packed (Sears & Staples - seriously!)  I can't imagine what it was like inside the theatre.  Must have been packing them in with a shoehorn.

We turned around & came home. Guess if I want to see Sherlock Holmes I'll be paying full price.
