ice ice baby

I'm trying to avoid the internet because it just seems to be upsetting me.

I really screwed up something in my ankle and have been soaking it in ice water.   I have that performance on Saturday night... although... not really looking forward to it.

I have a good book and some good music and some hand sewing to do this morning.   - all conducive to sitting with your foot in a bucket of ice water.

House needs cleaning but I'm going to pass on that for the morning anyway.

and lucky me - today is the ONE of the few days that J & I can walk the dogs together instead of having to walk them on my own.

leg still hurts.

I think I'm going to cancel for Saturday and maybe even try to get in to see my doctor tomorrow.

I've been either soaking the ankle or elevating the entire leg all day and it still hurts.

that and my lack of enthusiasm for this workshop's class offering  is keeping me from working through the pain.

I still taught my classes this week...

but I think I should probably... seek medical attention.
