I have wimpy wet noodle arms now after the workshop and walking the dogs in my heavy parka and then a half hour of WARRIOR yoga with J afterwards.
I don't know why my winter coat always makes my shoulders hurt so much other than the fact that it is heavy and I have the pockets stuffed with everything under the sun.
I was going to sit at the sewing machine but I'm not sure I can feel my arms enough to hold the fabric.
maybe I should go to bed early.....
