dancingleafJ & I just witnessed some ASSHOLE dump his dog in the woods near our house and DRIVE OFF!
I'm so angry I can't even think of enough swear words.
I tried to catch the dog but he ran off -
From a distance She/He's an older dog - sounds like a beagle (lots of barking) looks more like a bassett.

If you don't want a dog - take it to the pound or put it down. Dumping in the woods is just
