I'm trying to avoid the internet because it just seems to be upsetting me.

I really screwed up something in my ankle and have been soaking it in ice water.   I have that performance on Saturday night... although... not really looking forward to it.

I have a good book and some good music and some hand sewing to do this morning.   - all conducive to sitting with your foot in a bucket of ice water.

House needs cleaning but I'm going to pass on that for the morning anyway.

and lucky me - today is the ONE of the few days that J & I can walk the dogs together instead of having to walk them on my own.
