Was a cold run on the postal route today, at least I brought my ear cover - may actually bring a hat tomorrow. And we got a late start because there was lots of mail. And I slept badly last night.

so I am going to finish my lunch and have a NAP.

It seems like the only thing that slept well was the dog. She was out all night.

my usual wake up from a nap remedy is a Diet Coke with lots of ice (rehydration with caffeine boost)

but since I gave up Diet Coke - I crave them like crazy but when I give in to the temptation -they taste terrible.

what's a girl to do?
