Started last night with a slight sore throat.  It's full out today.  My throat is ANGRY and in serious pain.  And the sore throat has spread to my head a bit and all my muscles are achey.

I lost my energy about midway through my 25 minutes of yoga.  I still did most of the poses but stopped doing the forward bends toward the end of that section because I didn't like hanging upside down. 

So - tea & toast today.   Plus I still have teaching tonight - I might be sitting out the class and teaching from the sidelines.  - or maybe I'll feel AWESOME And fully recovered. (not likely.)

Suppose I could still sew - might not be able to do any rehearsing..... which is a PROBLEM as the show is - NEXT SATURDAY & I haven't really planned out the choreography.  Improv it is then ... but still I should - work it out a bit better especially since I want to use fans.  

Now - I'm tired and actually tempted to just lie down & go back to bed for the day.

Send me some get well vibes & your best home remedy for a sore throat.

Hope you feel better soon. You probably already know this, but I use honey for a sore throat. And, chicken soup. And, tea, like you said you are already doing. I put honey in tea and also take a teaspoon of it by itself every so often. It coats and soothes a lot.

And, here I am worried that I won't be able to remember 15 minutes of choreography and I have 2 months to learn it. LOL And, we have been working on the first four minutes for a couple months. I am really having trouble remembering it, which is weird. I usually have a great memory. Maybe it is because I just started in January. lol

Anyway, hope you feel better soon. Sore throats and colds, etc. are miserable.
