dancingleafwe are two shows down out of a three show run - which means that tomorrow's matinee is the last show.
there have been a few ups & downs but - mostly good - at least where everyone can SEE. The dancing part is mainly going well - the politics - well - another story.
of course you can expect a FULL update one day soon - but we're having fun. The show is AMAZING. My ladies are adapting - and I got a FANTASTIC placement ad in the program - plus the entire audience and crew thinks we're fabulous & we are.
If you've been wondering about Daisy Mae - I have an interview tomorrow (after the show) with someone coming to do the Home Inspection to see if J & I are fit parents prepared for the hazards of being pet owners.
HAHAHAHA.
On top of that - do you want to know who is doing the home visit? One of MY DANCERS. yes - after we finish the show - I'm taking her home & then she'll come over & interview us after she changes clothes. She also does Cairn Terrier rescue and so the Rescue association that has poor little Daisy Mae is willing to accept the word of my ~ longest running student, frequent performer and person who helps me run down and plan out all our performance shows, not to mention my VERY good friend. ( I think I put her down as my reference for a job when I got hired on at the post office too!)
So - I think, it's just possible, that I'll probably ACE the interview? - ya think?
okay - off to remove the make up & false eyelashes and have a quick shower & GO TO BED!
