two hundred and eighty two trick'or'treaters at our place tonight.
that's a pretty good number.
my favourite costumes were
1)a group that were dressed in Christmas theme. They had Santa, two elves, a person dressed in a GREAT Tree Costume, A present and Gift Wrap(bubble wrap, bows & paper.)
2)Three teenagers dressed in the same colours with t-shirts & face paint & signs that said GO CEILINGS!
They were ceiling fans. *groan* I know but I love bad puns. I thought the costume idea was fantastic.

Date: 2009-11-01 04:26 am (UTC)We don't get trick or treaters in our building (snobby high rise, I guess they think we wouldn't deign lol), which is fine by me since I'm not a kid fan anyhow. But I do like hearing about people who have good Halloween experiences!

The worst that we saw last night were the parents trick or treating with the kids riding in wagons. Your kid doesn't even walk to trick or treat? Well I don't feel bad about giving cheap candy this year then.
